Welcome to Invocii. These Terms of Service govern your use of our cloud invoicing services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Standard Terms
- As a customer of Invocii, these standard terms form the basis of our contract with you. Our contract includes your application or order form and our currently applicable price list, which may change from time to time with notice provided.
- We may amend these standard terms at any time. If we deem an amendment material, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
- The terms "Invocii," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Invocii, and "you" and "your" refer to the customer. Headings do not affect interpretation.
- These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- If any provision in these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
2. Service Commitment
- We aim to provide reliable and high-quality cloud invoicing services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Support inquiries can be directed via email.
- We reserve the right to determine the best method of providing services.
- We may record customer interactions for verification and training purposes.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- You agree to: a) Pay for all services provided by us, in full and on time. b) Ensure the security of your account credentials. c) Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. d) Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. e) Keep your contact details up to date.
4. Suspension or Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access if: a) You fail to meet your responsibilities. b) Network disruptions require suspension. c) Fraudulent, excessive, or abusive use is detected.
- If suspended, you may be required to pay a reconnection fee.
- Any outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.
5. Fees, Billing, and Payment
- You must pay all charges by the due date specified on your invoice.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
- We may apply late fees and recovery costs for overdue accounts.
- Pricing may change, with notice provided at least 30 days in advance.
- Refunds are provided at our discretion and only where required by law.
6. Liability and Indemnification
- Our liability is limited to the resupply of services or a refund where required by law.
- We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our service.
- You indemnify us against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our services in breach of these terms.
7. Privacy Policy
- You agree to our Privacy Policy, including the collection and use of your data.
- You may request deletion of your data, but this may impact our ability to provide services.
8. Miscellaneous
- We may assign our rights under this contract without notice.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
- Accounts with no activity for 12 months may be closed, with any remaining credit expiring.
